  I had a loaded meatloaf and it was insanely good. The flavor and mixture was perfect. I also had the brussels sprouts. The combination of the caramelized bacon onion apple mix was also perfect. Portion size is very good. Finally a coffee and dessert is well worth saving room for it. I recommend the candy bar chocolate cake. If you're in Lebanon Tennessee and want to good restaurant this is the place atmosphere is also very very nice. I found that two people could easily dime for $20-25 each. This would include sharing a meal since portion size is very large. Service also excellent. Thank Mrs. Dana

  This is a tough one...we hired them to cater our wedding a few years back...every tasting we went to at the restaurant was amazing! Shrimp & grits homemade peach cobbler. Then came our magical day & it wasn't anywhere close to what we tasted. Chicken was dry, veggies cold, no flavor. It was a big let down. However every time we go to the restaurant it's great! So Mo'Cara great to go to eat, they do well with preparing food by the table but wouldn't ask them to cater don't do well with groups.

  Overall we enjoyed Mo'Cara and we will dine with the them in the future.
  
  Pros: independent restaurant, delicious food, plate presentation, customer service, unique
  
  Con: interior design could use some improvement
  
  We ordered the cornbread fried chicken, blackened chicken sweet potato, collard greens, bacon horsey mac and cheese and a glass of wine.
